Mission

 

Established in 1991, the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), under the authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), implements and administers the grant aid and technical cooperation programs provided by the Government of the Republic of Korea.  KOICA aims to make a better world together by promoting equitable and sustainable development of its partner countries.  It is also actively participating in the international community’s efforts to enable poor people to improve their quality of life.
